Just over a decade ago, a group of multi-national food companies and NGOs (the “founding partners”) set out to put the findings from the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC), published in 2006, to the test.

What is the climate change mitigation potential through agriculture?
When research and globally aggregated data meet actual fields and farms, what will we find?

The Cool Farm Tool and Cool Farm Alliance became the medium through which to ask these questions and test this potential. The ambitions are, and have always been, unconstrained. We are thus proud to present our ANNUAL REPORT 2021 that summarises all activities and progress made over the calendar year 2021.
